Pitter Licking this morning with our friend managed 3 bags full (left them with a sheep who didn’t have any) in the first 300yards of the road SO we will have to come out again tomorrow and do another 3. Carried on with our walkies then had coffee before putting a second coat of paint on our sign it will be ready to varnish next. A lovely sunny day.
Good walkies this morning and managed to get our first layer of black paint on the sign we are painting to stop unauthorised traffic using the farm lonin. Our paper picker arrived this morning as we have all decided that it about time the road we walk along got a face lift their is so much litter, plastic and glass bottles so in the next couple of days (weather permitting) its our next job.
On our walk yesterday we noticed some Badger tracks see below.
Bad weather but we are putting on our foul weather gear and still getting a walk in. Back in December we found an old tin sugar container on the remains of the bonfire and have now created a Minion with it.
Up early for shopping today also pickup some new nitrile gloves and a pair of disposable overalls for painting the fence. Below is the pressure washer and the fence getting its first coat.
Good walk this morning then took the motorhome out for a run every thing OK. Came back and did the second cottage fence with the power washer came up lovely.
Another picture this one by me of the 6 year old artist who’s picture we put up earlier.
After all the rain the last few days the flooding around us is pretty bad, about 100yards of the road on our walk was 1 foot deep. Spent the rest of the morning jet washing the rest of the fence ready for painting if we ever get a dry few days!
