Spotted on Co Outdoors when we cycled up for coffee at Marshalls Café.
A good break from our abnormal routine meet up with friends for a fun 5 days walking round the Berwick area some cycling and lots of talking and loads of coffee. The one thing we all enjoyed was the hour around the newbie motorhomes arriving and trying to get set up (Amazing). A large boat arrived into port one day and before it arrived there was a digger outside the harbor at low tide working on the entrance. The picture below has been photo-shopped for my entertainment.
Friends have now left and we leave soon on our last cycle we spotted some lovely poppies made from the tops of plastic bottles interesting.
A good walkabout on our last day in town and just found another interesting coffee shop with their own coffee roasting premises next door. Brill
Cycle into Edinburgh again and down to the royal mile for coffee then down to Holyrood House Round the bottom of Arthurs Seat (That sounds really rude) to The Castle down to Grassmarket passed The Farmers market and on to Haymarket again then back to the site. Some hand washing lunch then out for a short cycle in the afternoon. Washed the bikes today.
Good drive down arriving about 1100 got a nice sunny pitch lunch then on the bikes up into Edinburgh via the Trinity Path, very busy so a coffee and back to the site to relax.

Cycle up to Edinburgh coffee Starbucks on The Royal Mile then back into town and a new route back via The Haymarket. In the afternoon a new route again down to Leith this side of the Royal Yacht.

Cycle up to the Royal Mile again for coffee stopping at the new St James Quarter for a walk about very impressed then a small shop for some food and back to the site. After lunch a cycle down to Go Outdoors for a look.
Managed a Late walk yesterday evening into St Andrews as not to tired after our 2 cycles a 1 hour 10 mins. Walkabout.
A good start to the Day cycle to St Andrews down the side of the golf course to west sands beach and Out head they are just setting up for Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. Back into town for our Starbucks coffee fix then back to the site for lunch.
While cycling past Auchterlonies golf shop I noticed a lovely jacket for cycling in so we cycled back down to town to buy it then carried on to Out head again as we had enjoyed the cycle so much in the morning. A late evening walk for 45 mins.
Early cycle the town lovely and empty Starbucks coffee today a cycle around down to the harbor and castle. Back to the ste for a relax lunch and shower.
Cycle into town again to have some copies of my drawings made a cleaner on the site wants one. We will be having an early evening walk from the site after tea.
Walkabout in The Logi Church yard looking at the graves (Sad) noticed a lovely Rhyme see below

Then a coffee at The coffee Bothy got there just as it opened as you can see the milk had just been delivered spotted some Venison and Redcurrant pies Yum Yum (Expensive or should I say dear)
Good drive across to St Andrews through Dollar. After lunch and shower a cycle into town saw a lovely lobster then down to the castle a good look about.
An early morning walk up to the Wallace monument took the track through the woods looking at the wood carvings and came across a rather bored pig see below.
On The way back at the old sterling bridge there was a gathering of people getting ready for an independence for Scotland march through Sterling.
Walked on to The Coffee Bothy for a drink before heading back to the site for a cycle into Sterling again for some shopping.
After lunch cycled out to Alva on the 768 cycle route a lovely off road path below The Ochils.
One of the locals came over to our pitch again today.
Early morning walk as its misty but warm calling in at The Coffee Bothey for coffee and some cake a lovely farm shop. Cycle into Sterling this morning for a walkabout.
When catching buses you can often miss photos like the one below.
This afternoon cycle down to Bridge of Allen and possibly a late evening walk later.
Early morning walk before leaving Tyndrum then it started to rain for our travel down no rush so stopped for a coffee at The Artisan Cafe. Good journey down through Callender The Trossachs.
Not much happening today so caught up with washing and had a chat with Vida the owner of the site who proudly showed us her framed picture that we did for her some years ago it looks FAB.
