Bridlington has not entered its tourist season yet this was on my cycle in this morning at 1000 and the coffee shop I use was closing at 1430 yesterday.

Drive up to Bridlington today on arrival a cycle into town for a look see if any changes it was lovely to see the tide in.

On the cycle in is a motorhome stopover pub just as i get on the seafront.

Walk into town first thing for some shopping before it gets busy.

Then back to the site for the bike and a cycle along the Solar green way to Naburn Lock passing Rowntree’s now Terry’s

The sculpture on this bridge is FAB its a fisherman that has caught a train and his dog has it’s back leg up having a pee on his bike. Looks like the trend is passing on to humans in York.

50 years ago I did a survey under water on the weir as part of flood defence work very dangerous dive had a few problems !

Still chatting and catching up with friends moved today to York stopped at GO OUTDOORS for some toilet blue don’t do the 2 liters any more so had to get 1.3 litre bottles same price £14 ouch. Must have been a flood lately lots of crocs about.

A difficult drive today gosh I hate these British motorways and roadworks. Met up with friends in the afternoon for coffee and catchup not seen them since Spain.

Love this Sexy Cow outside Fodders in Harrogate may make one some day. Here for a few days so a few good walkabouts due.

This town has a lot of crime and there is always a police van parked in town EVERY time I come here. Even the posts are dangerous.

If you are very careful you may spot an old coach and horse.
