Travel day so mucky van day again, stopped for shopping at Taunton and had a coffee stop. Arrived 1330 booked in and had a lazy afternoon.

Walk into Bridport for a walkabout and coffee in the afternoon a walk down to Westbay (Broadchurch)! to look at the 18 January rock fall on the cliffs.

Walk into Bridport market day lovely stalls very interesting.
Back to the site and an afternoon washing.
25 January 2023 Minehead
Walk this morning up to Dunster on the hilly route then back on the main road. Had a look round the church and a chat with some locals in side. Its such a big church for a small village but must be due to The Castle.
Noticed the butter cross on the way into town although it has been moved from its original place.

2 walks into Minehead 3 hours walking per day still finding new places to walk. Lovely fish and chip shop here (YUMMY) Seafarer Fish and Chips 5 star.
20 January 2023 Cheddar
Walk up Cheddar Gorge for coffee in the morning and a walk about in the afternoon.
21 January Minehead
Walk into Cheddar for coffee before leaving for Minehead. A long dirty drive down the A39 so washed the van on arrival. In the afternoon shopping and a walk onto the sea front. Noticed a few of the tin men from last year and a couple of new ones.
22 January Minehead
Walk into Minehead via Butlins along the sea front coffee (Costa). In the afternoon had a walk on the back roads to check out a walk for later to Dunster.

Coffee in Broadway before leaving a 2 hour journey mostly motorway M5. Lunch then a walk up the gorge for a look around

In the morning a walk to the reservoir then into town for a coffee.
In the afternoon washing then a walk in the wonderful sunshine.
Spotted the picture below the cyclist is made from tyres and inner tubes pretty good.

Walk about finding our way about the town found a great little coffee shop with FAB cake.
Afternoon same again love the buildings here.

Walk right through the village to the end of the road an amazing town coffee again then a visit to the museum had a chat with some of the staff.

A lovely drive up to Broadway passed Blenheim Palace and through Chipping Norton lovely countryside and fab little villages.
The campsite has some railway stuff on site as the railway here in Broadway goes down to Cheltenham and we saw a steam train last year.
Waked into town after lunch and we saw our first snowdrops.
Had agood walk around looking at the shops and searching for a little coffee shop for tomorrow.

A wet start again so bus into town coffee then back to The Ashmolean what a great morning out. In the afternoon between shower a walk down to Iffley lock and looking at the boats.

Good weather for our drive up stopped half way for coffee arriving just at 1300. Bus into town for a walkabout.

Wet start to the day but bus to town and visited The Ashmoleon Museum what a massive place with so much to look at we will have to come back another day to see some more.

Walk into town along the riverside no new boats. A bit of shopping then back to the site after coffee.
In the afternoon caught the bus to town and visited the science museum to see the Einstein Blackboard and The Covid vaccine story.

A very wet start to the day but got out at about 1200 for a good long 2 hour walk down to Bosham not much has changed since yesterday our cycle route is well under water.
We spotted our first daffodils yesterday.
