10 December 2022 Cirencester

walk into town this morning through the Bathurst estate to look round the farmers Christmas market and a coffee. Back to the site for lunch and laundry then back into town for another walkabout.

9 December 2022 Cirencester

Slow start to the day campsite pond frozen over and snow on the van some water taps on the site frozen up. Another dirty drive down 3 hours to the site.

On arrival washed all the mud off the van then had a walk into town.

7-8 December 2022 Shrewsbury

Short walk into Southport for a coffee before we leave for Shrewsbury. A good drive down over the Mersey bridge.

After lunch a walk up to the farm shop we had a lovely curry last time we were here but alas this time I found a strip of plastic in our meal (o dear).

A really cold night but lovely and snug found a great way of keeping the van warm.

Into town this morning to look around very interesting with some lovely old buildings, although we have been here before its good because at our age we forget what we looked at last time?

A second trip into town to see the Darwin museum and explain to Maureen how these guns work a lovely day out.

6 December 2022 Southport

Walk into Southport this morning along the seafront and pier. Coffee and walkabout. Back to the site to wash the van got so dirty coming down the M6.

One of our sites have a problem so we have had to book a new one and the Mortorhome site had a glitch and our booking came back as a 6 meter motorhome towing a caravan with a cloned number plate from ???? Oppps!!!!

Had a good walkabout in the afternoon and we are still finding streets to go down we haven’t been down before.

5 December 2022 Southport

On our way again after a few wonderful few weeks catching up with friends MOT’S Habitation checks etc. Slightly wet drive down ugh dirty van day. Arrived had lunch then a walkabout in town.

Decided to walk back in when dark to look at the lights FAB. Lovely to be moving again.
