Forgot to mention yesterday I got a puncture but lucky me I was only a couple of hundred yards from a bike shop so replaced my tube. Today cycle round our usual route into town this makes the trip 1 ½ hr into town but so lovely. Farmers market? After lunch cycle down to The Quay again as I noticed a black swan in the morning and wanted a picture.
The black swan (Cygnus atratus) is a large waterbird, a species of swan which breeds mainly in the southeast and southwest regions of Australia. Within Australia, the black swan is nomadic, with erratic migration patterns dependent upon climatic conditions. It is a large bird with mostly black plumage and a red bill.
Cycle into Poole very windy so not more than 2 hour cycle today spotted the new rope work sculpture being put together.
10 March 2022 Chichester
A good drive up M27 stopping for Shopping and petrol !!!! a bit of agro going on the petrol station a women shouting at somebody. Booked in then a cycle into Chichester for coffee coming back via Bosham Quay one of our favorite cycles.
Back at Poole again for a few days. The local area is very well looked after by the community as we had a chat with the workers the first day we were here.

Cycle in and around Poole Holes bay is always very attractive while the tide is in and no mud today for our cycle as it has been dry for a few days.
They have been knitting some new items for the Mail boxes.

Tried a cycle to Lyme Regis but to steep so cycled down to Charmouth to look at Dorset Leisure caravans (parts) but far too expensive. Back for lunch shower then a walk down onto the beach a good sunny day.

90 mins. drive lovely sunny day so no dirty van as we washed it yesterday. Booked in, lovely pitch, lunch shower then a walk down to the beach 10 years since we were here.

Cycle into Plymouth via The Barbican and up into town for coffee and would you believe it started to rain again so we got wet again.

Cycle into Plymouth along cycle route 2 today as the riverside path would be to muddy today and good cycle about in town followed by coffee then back to the site. Afternoon walkabout to Sainsburys.
