Arrived lunchtime hooked up and a walk into Bristol for a quick look back by the riverside path.

This morning a walk up to The Clifton Suspension Bridge. Then after lunch a walk into town again.

Walk into town a different route again and was amazed at the view from the Westgate Shopping Centre.
Also noticed in a garden some sculptured bugs? In the afternoon cycled into town via Iffley Road and passed the Botanical Gardens.

Walked into town for a coffee and a look round. In the afternoon walked to the Iffley Village and noticed at the locks a boat slide used for moving punts.

Walk into Oxford this morning for a walkabout then in the afternoon down to Sandford Lock.

Walk into Oxford down the road for a change then down a few new streets had a chat with an Oxford teacher of Greek language about his travels for a while very interesting to talk to.

Shopping today as we leave for a 2 Hour drive across to Oxford. Booked in then a late afternoon walk down the side of The Thames into Oxford arriving in Oxford at The pub we had a meal in last time we were here in March 2012. A coffee then back to the site before it gets dark.

Walk this morning into Oxford for a good look around then back for lunch. In the afternoon walked along the Thames in the opposite direction looking at the boats and Graffiti.

Cold today but out with the bikes for a different route into Cambridge this morning this time we went through Cherry Hinton up passed Cambridge airport following route 52 and picking up route 11 at the side of the river. With it been Sunday it was great to see all the rowing boats out.

A very cold cycle into Cambridge again on a different more enjoyable rout round by the Botanical Gardens. A good walk about a very interesting city. Came across some lovely statues one out side Astra Zeneca.
Dunamis, which means “power from above”, can be found at Academy House, 136 Hills Road, and features a man holding up an elephant. “It symbolises the human struggle to achieve excellence, pushing boundaries to make the impossible possible.

Danse Gwenedour, which means a “celebration of life”. The 7m high sculpture was inspired by the dance performed by French villagers in Bretagne, and can be found at City House, 126-130 Hills Road.

Had a look at the railway station outside the campsite and museum The Nene Valley Railway. Had our usual walk until the frost has gone then a cycle into town to find the other 2 statues on the roofs of buildings its a shame they have to put them there to avoid vandalism.
