5 – 6 October 2019 Hawes

Back at Haws again before we head for the Lake District. Called a t the creamery for some shopping. On the Sunday had a run first thing  (our first for a while) before some more shopping and coffee.

4 October 2019 York

Friends called into York so we had coffee then wandered about for a while then stopped for Lunch at Wheldrake a small coffee shop with a 5 star Tripadvisor rating. A good Day out.

3 October 2019 York

Into York this morning only a 10 mins. walk. Had a Starbucks coffee then a look round the shops. Lunch in costa. I think i am drinking to much coffee see picture below.

Washed the van this afternoon then walked back into town saw this tour and wondered ????

2 October 2019 York

Good drive down on arrival to  campsite road glad we had to turn right not left it was a bit wet. Hooked up and walked into town for a walkabout then later in the evening walked into town again.

1 October  2019 Whitley Bay

Bad weather overnight and first thing in the morning but we got the bikes out after lunch got well wrapped up and cycled with friends down to Blyth harbour stopping on the way back for our usual daily intake off cake and coffee.
