Still enjoying some lovely weather and doing lots of running, cycling and walking. Its that time of year when all the pine trees are producing pollen and everything is covered in a yellow dust.

Below Maureen checking that we can cycle down this road as you don’t appear to be able to do anything else.

Stopped for coffee down near Grau we love the coffee shop due to usually no English just locals. On the next table were 2 Brits? from Essex how funny it was just like watching The only way is Essex they had me in stitches.
