Had a great cycle down to Castellon with Linda and Ray 20 miles stopping for a walk about in town and a couple of coffee stops. This is after Maureen had been running (what a star).

Cycle around town and a bit of sunbathing today. Came accross a swing in a playground made just for Disabled(a first for me)
Finished our last few days in Vilanova with a trip into Sitges to top up our shopping. Last 2 days at Vilanova bad weather with thunder and lightening and the van being covered in the usual red sand from the Sahara.
On the 6th January, 3 Kings Day, we shared a Roscón de Reyes cake with our friends, with Linda getting both the King toy from the cake and also the fava bean – lucky her. Description of what the cake means below:
On January 6th to celebrate Epiphany, Spaniards typically tuck into a Roscón de Reyes, a golden brioche ring decorated with candied fruit.
The cakes, which symbolize the crowns worn by the Three Kings (or Wise Men) on their visit to baby Jesus, traditionally contain a little figurine for children as well as a dry fava bean.
Whoever finds the toy is crowned king or queen of the celebration, while the one who finds the bean has to buy the Roscón next year.
Travelled down to Benicassim on Monday 8th. Up early, still quite cold. Site very busy so not many pitches to choose from so pleased we got here early. Had a short walkabout and tea with our friends.
Maureen still running well with her cycling body guard our friend Ray joining us one day.
Down into Vilanova a couple of times and in to Barcelona with Ray as Linda was having a cooling day, you need it as well temp. 17 C last night so we start today (4 January) with 21C wow its lovely but still windy.
