Run this morning then walked along the railway line and coast Path (No Health and Safety Here) into Sitges.

Cycle this morning up to L’Arboc this afternoon trip down to explore some more of Vilanova I La Geltru. Hitting 23 C Temperature last 2 days.

Took a trip this morning on the express train to Tarragona. Had a look round the old Roman town and a usual trip to the Cathedral. An easy day today.
